TICKET CLAIMING & ENTRY POLICY

Physical SM Tickets are required upon entry to SM North EDSA Skydome.

Physical SM Tickets shall only be claimed from Official Rock*Well members or coaches.

E-tickets purchased via www.loonyo.com/events must be verified with Rock*Well representatives before ticket claiming.

Digital or printed confirmations alone will not grant access without the official physical ticket.

Please bring a valid ID when claiming or presenting your ticket.

TICKET STATUS &VALIDITY

Tickets will be marked "unpaid" if payment is not confirmed yet. Once verified, Rock*Well PH Dance Fest will resend tickets marked as "paid".

Payments not confirmed are invalid upon entry—only verified ticket holders will be allowed inside.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued, except in the case of event cancellation or rescheduling initiated by the organizers.

In the event of a postponement, previously purchased tickets will remain valid for the new date.

Tickets are non-transferable and non-replaceable if lost, stolen, or damaged.
