Payment & Ticket Confirmation

If you choose manual payment, our team will manually approve your ticket purchase. This process may take up to 24 hours.

To avoid delays, send proof of payment along with the Attendee’s name to rockwellph2015@gmail.com.

If you pay via PayPal, your ticket will be automatically confirmed upon payment.

Ticket Status & Validity

Tickets will be marked "unpaid" if payment is not confirmed yet. Once verified, Rock*Well PH Dance Fest will resend tickets marked as "paid".

Payments not confirmed are invalid upon entry—only verified ticket holders will be allowed inside.

Ticket Usage & Access

1 DAY PASS holders can only scan their ticket once and must choose to attend either Day 1 or Day 2. Once scanned, the ticket cannot be reused.

2 DAY PASS holders will have their names on the registration list. Since tickets can only be scanned once, attendee names will be checked upon entry.

Multiple Ticket Purchases

If you purchased multiple tickets, please inform the registration booth of the names of those using the additional tickets.

General Admission Tickets

General Admission ticket holders can only attend one day (either Day 1 or Day 2).

General Admission tickets do not grant access to any collab classes.
